2. Service Description

Supatag provides a platform for managing and automating Instagram direct messages and interactions. Our services include:

  • Instagram business account integration and management
  • Direct message sending and management
  • Media content interaction (comments and reactions)
  • Automated responses to comments
  • Webhook integration for real-time updates

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Have a valid Instagram business account
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Have proper authorization to manage the Instagram account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breaches.

4. Instagram API Usage

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We access Instagram's API with the following scopes: instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_manage_messages, instagram_business_manage_comments, instagram_business_content_publish, and instagram_business_manage_insights
  • You must comply with Instagram's Platform Terms and Developer Policies
  • Your access may be limited by Instagram's API rate limits and restrictions
  • Instagram may modify or terminate their API access at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Use our services for spam or automated bulk messaging
  • Send harassing, abusive, or harmful messages
  • Attempt to bypass any rate limits or restrictions
  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with the proper operation of our webhook system

6. Data Storage and Security

We use Supabase for secure data storage and management. Your data security is important to us:

  • Instagram access tokens are securely stored and encrypted
  • User data is protected with industry-standard security measures
  • We maintain secure webhook endpoints for real-time updates
  • You retain ownership of your Instagram content and data

7. Service Limitations

Our services are subject to Instagram's API limitations and policies. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to Instagram's services or APIs. Features may be limited or modified based on Instagram's platform changes or restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Supatag application, including its code, features, and functionality, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services without our written permission.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
